Gaps

All right time to fill in some gaps.

On my 12 mile run on May 13 I seemed to have aggravated my ankle. For a few days I couldn't figure out what the problem was and actually thought it was my foot hurting. I've come to determine that it's my ankle and it seems to be getting better. It doesn't hurt when I run but does bother me sometimes when I'm not running.

So aside from the race on Saturday I haven't run more than 3 miles on any given run. Today I did run 3 miles and while a little sore I can tell it's getting better.

So I've dropped off some miles a little bit but am hoping to be back in full swing starting June 1, Sunday.
