Hill

We don't have any hills around here but they are a great part of a workout. So I did hills today on the treadmill. 4 miles in 47:20 with 3 .5 mile hills with .25 mile recoveries. I really like running hills. On the way up I feel strong, and just solid. On the decline or when it levels off I feel horrible.

I also confirmed an article I read recently. It said that no matter how cool the room your treadmill is in you body creates a heat/humidity bubble around it. I felt that today- it sucked.

.5 hill (3) 9:13
.25 recovery
.5 hill (3-5)
.25 recovery
.7 hill (5-9)
Finished to 4 miles.
